The Last Hurrah is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and is an elegant style of cool climate Adelaide Hills Sparkling with lifted aromas of strawberry and crunchy green apple. The palate is bright and fresh showing some brioche characters and finishing with crisp citrus acidity. It is light, bright and refreshing and the perfect accompaniment to aperitivo hour with friends!
