Tasting Note

Vibrant in colour and rich in personality, this cool climate Pinot has lifted aromas of cherry and toasted spice, with bright berry flavours and a hint of earthiness on the palate. Soft tannins and a savoury finish complete the story of this layered and charming wine.

Food Pairing

Our Estate Pinot is a dream paring with all the usual suspects, think crispy skinned roast duck or porcini mushroom risotto, but we think this wine really shines when sipped alongside Teriyaki Salmon with Shiitake Mushrooms. If you are keen to try, you can find the recipe here.
